Junior Financial Analyst Hungary & SEE

What functions will you perform?

ID Energy Group is currently looking for a Junior Financial Analyst – Hungary & SEE to reinforce its regional team based in Budapest. In this role you will provide necessary financial analytics to develop the company's business strategy. You will be reporting to Project Finance Manager and collaborate closely with the local Management.

Responsibilities:

Support Team Leaders and Management in analytical, forecasting, and reporting tasks
Participate in the development of renewable energy projects in Hungary and Southeast Europe from financial side
Drive forecast and budget activities, delivering timely and accurate management reporting
Develop models to facilitate decision-making
Translate financial metrics into actionable insights that improve decision making
Provide financial support to accomplish plans, including financial modeling, scenario planning, valuation, monitoring performance against strategic decisions with a moderate opportunity to impact the business
Collaborate colleagues and other departments
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Your profile

Completed BSc degree or have ongoing MSc studies in the field of economics, finance, accounting, business administration or other related fields
1-3 years of work experience in the field of financial modelling, planning & analysis
Proficiency in Hungarian and English , both written and spoken
High attention to detail, quality and proven ability to operate effectively under pressure and strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and interest to be exposed to many different disciplines, subjects, and tasks,
Logical and structured thinking, a good command of Excel
Knowledge or experience in renewable energy is a plus
