Attorney-at-law specialized in real estate (freelance collaboration)

What functions will you perform?

We are currently seeking an Attorney-at-law specialized in real estate for a freelance collaboration (approximately 20–30 hours per week) to provide legal support for our renewable energy projects in Hungary.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and drafting of real estate agreements for renewable projects (e.g. lease agreements, sale and purchase agreement, mortgage agreements, right of construction agreements etc.)
Legal due diligence for project lands
Liaising with local authorities and stakeholders on real estate-related matters
Advise on regulatory compliance matters related to renewable energy projects, including environmental regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements
Close cooperation with internal departments (business development, finance, legal, project development)

Your profile

At least 2-5 year of relevant professional experience as an attorney at law after passing the bar exam with particular expertise in real estate law
Experience with energy sector or project development is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to analyses complex legal issues, develop effective solutions and manage risk
Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity and independence, essential in dealing with varied and challenging legal situations
Ability to meet strict deadlines
