3. Personal data treatment in the job application process
The personal data are information about the personal or material conditions of an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, phone number and birth date, but also data about their education, etc., that can be assigned to a specific person with a reasonable effort. 5. Data transfer to third parties
The provided data as part of the application is transmitted via TLS encryption and is stored in a database. This database is operated by Personio GmBH, that distributes a candidate and human resources management software (
https://www.personio.es/legal-notice/ ). In this context, Personio is our data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. The basis for the processing is the execution of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded between us, as data controllers, and Personio.
6. Data subject rights
To the extent that we, as responsible organism, treat personal data, the candidate is assisted as data subject for specific rights collected in Chapter III of the GDPR, In accordance with the legal basis and the purposes of the processing to which they are intended, specifically the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR), the right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), the right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR), and the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).
